I acknowledge that while all necessary safety precautions will be taken, participation may involve inherent risks. I release OARA Youth Innovation Lab or Okanagan AI and Robotics Academy, its staff, and volunteers from liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.

Emergency Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize OARA Youth Innovation Lab or Okanagan AI and Robotics Academy to take appropriate action to obtain medical care for my child, including administering first aid or arranging transport to a medical facility.
